Where can I find my return documents?Updated 7 days ago

To find your return documents, you have two options:

Either 

From your personal account, on our website, in the "Returns" section 

Click on the "Return details" tab on your order 

Click on "Return slip" then on "Return label" 

Your documents are then downloaded. All you have to do is print them.

Or 

From the email that was sent to you after the registration of your refund request (the subject of this email is: "Your return documents are ready") 

Click on the tabs "Print the return label" then "Print the return slip" 

Your documents are then downloaded. All you have to do is print them.
