We strongly invite you to have the drop-off receipt stamped by the store where you drop off your return parcel (you can also note down the "shipment number" shown on the return label). We invite you to carefully keep this document or, failing that, your parcel number. This will serve as proof in the event of a dispute with the carrier. 

You then simply need to log on to the carrier's website, in the "Track my parcel" section, and enter this number. You will then be able to access the progress of your parcel.
