We strongly recommend that you have the deposit slip stamped by the store where you drop off your return parcel (you can also note the ‘dispatch number’ on the returns label).

Then simply log on to the carrier's website, in the ‘Track my parcel’ section, and enter this number. You can then check the delivery status of your return parcel.
