You have 14 days, from the date of receipt of your order, to process a return. Items must be returned with their tags, unworn and unwashed.
We do not offer an exchange service for distance purchases; therefore, all returns will be processed as refunds.
NB: /!\ items bearing the mention "This item cannot be returned for hygiene reasons" in their description will neither be accepted for return nor exchanged.
How to process a return?
If you no longer have the original packaging, this is not a problem: simply place your items in something non-transparent, well-sealed and waterproof.
First, log in to your customer account with your email address and password. You then have two options:
1) From the "Orders" section: click on the "Make a return" tab. Select the item(s) to be returned. Choose the reason for return for each item, then click on the "Generate a return" tab.
2) From the "Returns" section: click on the "Make a return" tab. A window will open with the list of orders eligible for a return. Click on the "Make a return request" tab for the order you wish to return. Select the item(s) to be returned. Choose the reason for return for each item, then click on the "Generate a return" tab. Once your return request has been registered, download your documents by clicking on the tabs provided for this purpose. As a reminder, two documents will need to be printed: the return slip to be placed inside the parcel and the label to be affixed on top. These documents will also be sent to you by email.
The return parcel is then ready to be dropped off at a collection point.
