Order confirmationUpdated 6 months ago

You've just placed an order and haven't received a confirmation email? The following checks should solve the problem:

Check your ‘Junk mail’ folder on your email address.

Log in to your customer account and check the email address you provided to register on our site. If there is an error, you will be able to correct it.

Look in the ‘My Orders’ section of your customer account to check that your order has been registered.

If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact our customer service team, who will do everything they can to help you.
