You have just placed an order and have not received a confirmation email? The following checks should resolve the issue:


Check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder in your email account.

Log in to your customer account and verify the email address you provided when registering on our website. If there is an error, you will be able to correct it.

Check the "My Orders" section of your customer account to verify that your order has been successfully registered.
