In order for our teams to process your request as best as possible, we invite you to send us by email at [email protected] a photo of your parcel justifying the re-labelling by the carrier. A new shipping label will subsequently be issued to you by our advisors.
NB: always remember to stick your return label over the label originally affixed to your parcel, in order to avoid any delivery issues.
