The carrier was most likely unable to deliver your parcel to you (perhaps due to an error in your address, because they could not access your home, or because the holding period at the collection point has been exceeded).
If your tracking indicates that your parcel has been returned to us, the refund for this order will only be possible upon receipt of your parcel at our premises.
A reshipment of your parcel is also possible, at no additional cost.
In the event that you do not get in touch with us, your order will be automatically refunded.
